jim,

can you do something about upgrading the picture size for posting.  192 kb is pretty small.  any thoughts!!

the problem is we would have to buy more bandwidth(i believe) and were poor :)

Bandwidth is not the issue server space is I bumped it up a bit in pic  size one of th eother reasons I kept it low was they did not display very well in large format. lets see how it works with the new settings.

I can install a program that auto resizes but I can't afford it  till this winter

Ok that does not seem to effect much if you go to the gallery and open the 2 pics you will see the difference.  Right now there is only a file size limit I took off the image size so you can post anything up to 5 mb but be aware if I run out of server space I will need to delete or resize them. Right now we have plenty of room so what I may do for now is let them ride and if need be I will figure out something later which may be to just buy the program.
